How do you make them :s I heard you explode the layer in MapleSim, But after that, I get lost

What I'm actually asking is:
Which Stances do you need to make Running, Crossed Arms, and A Battle Stance

And when you explode layers which body parts do you take?

Well you can look at xDeniisee custom pose video.

But For the ones you want they take some time because the Running is hard to make.

The poses you want means that you have to make them pixel by pixel or use some parts of poses already made and edit them.
