old drawing request ; first attempt at drawing maple people. o-o

Well i drew this about a year ago. And it was a request off youtube. Well the person said it was good, but i want to hear what you say. Cnc please, and the scanner made it look bad TT-TT

Some nice CnC:
Looks great! just work on the eyes and nack. Good Job~

Here's my serious CnC:
Eyes are too big, and too close. They're also shaded weirdly, make it less dark.
The nose is very off, or it may be the misplacement of the eyes etc.
Work on the neck. It's not a giraffe.
Give him arms, looks like he's wearing a poncho.
Make your work neater, I can see a lot of messy lines.
Pull the ear closer towards the head, it looks a bit awkward.
Give the scar across his face a clear outline, it looks like you scribbled
Fix the hair, mostly the top left part. If I were to draw an outline of the head, the hair would pierce inside the skull.
