Putting episodes (.mp4) onto iPod
I'm able to import the files into iTunes, but it won't go on my iPod! Why is this?! -cries-
They're in .mp4 format, isn't that an iTunes video format? -cries-

It goes on your iTunes but not your iPod?
I've had this problem myself, and I actually think it doesn't work on Nanos? x: Dunno why but most of my nano friends couldn't do it either.

Could you do it before?
Go ahead and call Apple, nothing to lose.

Are you sure you checked the box where it asks to sync video?
Actually I can't back this up because it was when my friend charged her iPod at my house. 8'D

Re: Putting episodes (.mp4) onto iPod
There are many format types for things with the same file type. Maybe your .mp4's are not compatible with your iPod, so I suggest looking for an .mp4 converter that'll specifically make the right format for iPods.

Re: Putting episodes (.mp4) onto iPod
^Aha! I've got it! iTunes itself hasn't modified the movie yet.
I looked up some stuff and got some procedures.
Right click on the video in the movies section on the side menu of iTunes, click convert selection for playback on iPod/iPhone.
OR
With iTunes open, where it says devices (in this case, your iPod Touch), click the on your device. If you look to the top, it says Summary. Go to Videos, then Sync Movies, All, and then Apply. Sync!
OR
Have your video highligted in iTunes. Then up at the top, on the bar, click Advanced. Create iPod or iPhone version.
Basically, movies are not automatically formatted for iPhones/iPod Touches, even if they are in MP4 or H64 format. Also, you may want to double check that all videos sync the right way.

Re: Putting episodes (.mp4) onto iPod
The first one doesn't work, because it doesn't show that option and the last one doesn't work, because it doesn't let you have that option (In other words, it has the option, but it doesn't let you click it) and the second one doesn't work, because I don't know.
