how to make running poses?

got the templates and stuff but it sure seems to be alot more tedious to do running poses than it seems for the other poses. or maybe I suck at spriting?

haven't come across a running pose tutorial so .... are there any techniques or tips to go about making running poses?

I would like to know as well. I'm not the best with custom poses. In fact, I haven't done it yet XD

'Explode' the pieces (head, Arms, Legs, and body) in different layers, and then put the clothes on. . makes ur life easier.

Lol. I learned how to sprite by myself and spriting on your character's close onto the template is reall easy Just know the light source is from the upper left hand corner and pixels that seem to be exposed to it have lighter shades
